What is a Tankless Water Heater?
Tankless water heaters are an alternative water heating solution compared to the traditional boiler or tank. In a Keltech tankless water heater, water is
quickly heated to temperature as it passes through the copper and brass constructed heater core. Tankless water heaters are also referred to as “on-demand,” “in-line” or “booster” water heaters.

The Keltech Tankless Advantage
1. Precise Temperature Control
Keltech water heating solutions can be programmed to meet a specific temperature range. If needed, Keltech
can also heat water precisely to within +/- 1 degree for temperature sensitive applications. Keltech safety
shower heaters and eyewash heaters quickly reach ANSI compliant tepid water temperatures.
2. Energy Efficient
Water is heated only when needed. Unlike a boiler, there is no need to heat water 24 hours a day, 7 days a
week, 365 days a year. That saves money, energy and water.
3. Compact Size
Keltech tankless water heating solutions are modular and take up a fraction of the space compared to a boiler.
4. Built to Last
Keltech water heaters feature quality control systems and premium materials like copper and brass to meet the
most demanding conditions.

Keltech Values
Precision Engineered
Precision engineering is so important we
put it in our positioning statement, "Precision Engineered
for Optimal Performance." Every product shipped out
our door is backed by the experience of our diverse engineering
team. Whether improving our current product line or designing
a ground up tankless heating solution for a specific need,
precision and quality lead every step. Our 20 years of progressive
research and development have been instrumental in gaining
knowledge and an expert understanding of the intimacies of
tankless heating solutions.
Keltech Engineered.
Quality
Keltech will always strive to produce the
highest quality product for your needs. Each product must pass
no less than five intensive quality control processes in the
final assembly stages. We may not be the least expensive solution,
but the superior quality of our heating solutions means Keltech
products will work efficiently, meet your needs and save you
money.
Keltech Quality.
Integrity
At Keltech, we work too hard to not sleep
well at night. The only way we can do that is to serve our
customers with truthful sizing and sales engineering processes.
Our products will be designed, tuned, and perform as promised.
If we cannot meet your needs, we would rather help you in another
direction than have you dissatisfied with our product.
Keltech Integrity.
Durability
Using the most durable components like solid CNC brass flange faces, Incoloy sheathed heating elements,
solid state switching and sturdy steel enclosures gives our
heating solutions a long and trouble free life. While the technology
is better than ever before, we still haven’t forgotten “how
they used to build ‘em.” New tech, old school heavy
duty.
Keltech Durability.
Customer Satisfaction
Many of our customers return to Keltech when
they look to expand or upgrade their tankless heating solutions.
Our business model of relationships depends on it. Satisfied
customers are the best sales people. This keeps our sales engineers
doing what they do best, engineering your heating solutions.

Keltech History
Founded in 1987 by Ken Lutz, an engineer, Keltech
Incorporated has a rich engineering driven history. Starting
with a single patented residential model, the product line
was expanded to include varying capacities and voltages. As
research and development allowed, the product line continued
to expand. Because of Lutz’s background in large production
facilities, market offerings grew to accommodate industrial
and commercial applications. Twenty years later, Keltech
has over 80 products, including four current patents, with
more in the pipeline paving the way for future success. Keltech
is a proven leader in tankless technology.

The Keltech Process
Many orders start with a call to one of our
sales engineers who can help you through the sizing process.
This is a very important part of the customer relationship.
Your needs and specifications have a large impact on the finished
product. Once your project goals and specifications are clear,
the appropriate model is chosen. Any unique needs are accounted
for with our option packages that run the gamut from alarms
to explosion proofing. If you’re not sure what options
your application needs, a friendly sales engineer will be happy
to guide you through the decision making process.
After the model number and options are finalized,
your order is processed and built.
Throughout the entire assembly process, the
product carries your name. Plumbing, electronics, enclosures,
and sometimes internal layouts, are custom engineered to your
order. Removing a boxed heater from a shelf and stenciling
your name on the side is not our idea of “custom.”
After final assembly, the unit is tested
to the agreed specifications in the sales engineering process.
Controls are tuned to reach your temperatures and flows as
quickly as possible and stabilize at set point. Final quality
controls ensure that quality practices throughout the assembly
process are satisfactory, and the finished product is worthy
of the brand.
The customized tankless fluid heating solution
is delivered to your facility, fitting perfectly into your
master plan. On time, your application, your solution.

Keltech's New Look

Who is this company? Are they new? Well, yes
and no. Many of our customers have been pleasantly surprised
to see our new look and feel. It is certainly a great departure
from the old “Acutemp Across the Globe” design
we’ve operated under for 20 years. Why did we do it?
Quite simply, the way we do business demanded
it.
Since the beginning, Keltech has survived
on five fundamental values:
• Precision Engineered
• Quality
• Integrity
• Durability
• Customer Satisfaction
This is the core that defines us and sets
us apart from our competition. Technology evolves and improves
constantly. The technology in our products will always improve
and the product line will always lead in quality, temperature
control and durability. When you do business with Keltech,
the care you receive throughout the sale and the technical
support after the sale will always be there for the life
of the product, just as it’s always been.

With our updated look, we still ensure our customers
come first. With the “Circle One K” icon, you’ll
see the number one preceding the letter “K.” This
is symbolic of many things: As a customer, you will always
be our number one priority. We will always keep your needs
first. We will always “have your back” after the
sale. All this is surrounded by a circle and is representative
of our customer relationships: Your needs meeting perfectly
with our products.
Strong statements for a strong icon.
